We are a group of friends in the Lansing MI area who love womyn's community both at the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival and here in our own backyard.
In its thirtieth year the Festival faces the challenges of changing times and the changing needs of our community. If we want to keep this amazing resource vibrant and healthy, we need to encourage lots of womyn of all sorts to attend and to contribute their vision and their energy to the evolution of the Festival. At the same time, we are enthusiasts who want to share the often life-altering experience of this intentional womyn's community with as many other womyn as we can get to attend. But even though a Festival ticket is an excellent value, some womyn cannot afford to come along.
So, here we are, acting locally to share the wealth. Please join us!
