As of March 10, the WWTLC fund is at $267,628.84, and growing every day. Which we need it to do: WWTLC needs a minimum of $360K by April 17 to cover the $300K down payment plus expenses like lawyers and insurance, not to mention to allow them to plan a gathering on the Land.
Right now there are over 4,600 womyn on the WWTLC private Facebook page–and probably only about a thousand donors. If another thousand of us womyn were to pitch in an average of $100 each, we’d have met the current $360K goal with room to spare. Please consider making whatever donation you can afford right now, so that we can secure the Motherland and set to work on her next era.
Toni Armstrong, the WWTLC FB page admin, has just posted “the updated FAQ document. It contains what there is to know about WWTLC’s vision, process, etc.. It’s lengthy and detailed (in the interest of promised transparency). Page 1 is a table of contents with clickable links so you can jump right to the section(s) you want to read.” We highly recommend checking it out to be up on both the deepest and the latest.
